HOW IT WORKS
At our immersive onsite bootcamp in Stockholm you will learn Python, SQL and applied Machine Learning in a small classroom setting. During the 400 hours of coding, you will be learning the most sought after and up-to-date technologies out there. After having acquired the hands-on programming skills to solve real world problems, you will be an Autonomous Coder - Ready to land your dream job in tech.

1. APPLY & GET ACCEPTED
Apply through the form at the bottom of the page and we will set up a first interview. If you pass the first interview, the next and final step will be an online technical assessment with one of our teachers. If you pass it, you're in.
2. CODE YOUR BRAINS OUT FOR 10 WEEKS
We start at 9am and finish at 6pm every Monday to Friday. The day starts with an interactive coding lesson where our lead instructor will walk you through new coding concepts. After lunch you will do labs containing challenging exercises based on what you learned from the lesson.
Throughout the Bootcamp you will also work on your own coding projects, solving problems of your choice. In doing so you will grow your autonomy as a coder and build a kick-assportfolio to showcase for employers.
3. LAND YOUR DREAM JOB IN TECH
Upon graduation, you will be ready to land your dream job in tech. You will have coded for 400 hours which arms you with the most crucial skill a coder can have: The ability to teach yourself new programming concepts on the fly.
We call it becoming an Autonomous Coder.

Hear Kevin, Nod graduate of BC#2 | 2021, now Data Analyst at Swedbank on his experience:
"My time at Nod can be summarized as positive experiences stacked upon even more positive experiences. The teachers delivers on every front you could think of: good curriculum, good understanding of the subject, a willingness to teach, making you feel welcome etc.
If I had to point out one single feature I enjoyed most it would be how they work with you, recognize your potential and assist you on your path to achieve it."

GET READY TO LAND YOUR DREAM JOB
It is increasingly evident that data is becoming the cornerstone in every decision-making process, be it for business, science or government. What sets businesses apart from their competition today is their ability to derive insights from their data and act on it. At Nod Data Analytics Bootcamp, we focus on three vital technologies to make you thrive in any organization.
The Skills You Need

PYTHON
Python is the easiest language to learn as a beginner. It is the fastest growing programming language, THE language for Data Analytics/Machine Learning and also in very high demand. It is incredibly versatile and once you know it, it can be used to develop almost anything. Python also boasts a large community of developers, which helps you find solutions quickly when encountering problems.
Having said that, Python is without a doubt the most fruitful programming language to learn in 2023.

SQL
SQL is the beast of all tech skills and must-know to land any attractive tech position. It has been around for decades, is still evolving and is definitely here to stay. In a world where data is the oil of the digital era, storage and retrieval of data is of paramount importance to generate valuable information.
SQL is the perfect complementary language to Python.

MACHINE LEARNING
Machine learning is the most important component of AI with a big impact on our everyday lifes. Be it the series you are recommended on Netflix, Google maps predicting the traffic's impact on the time of arrival on your way to grandma or Spotify playing a cool new song after coming to the end of your favourite playlist.
Join Nod to learn how to build Machine learning models rather than merely consume them.
CURRICULUM
Nod Data Analytics Bootcamp consists of 3 Building Blocks
FIRST BLOCK
In the first block we will work through the fundamentals of the Python language, including data types, data structures, loops, conditional statements and functional programming.
Towards the end of the block we will get well aquainted with powerful Python libraries such as Numpy and Pandas. Finally you'll learn how to use APIs and how to Web Scrape.

SECOND BLOCK
Here we will start with a deep dive into the world of SQL before continuing to work with Pandas. You will become an expert at acquiring, cleaning, manipulating and analysing data. We will use the Python libraries Matplotlib and Seaborn to create powerful visualisations.
Finally, you will get hands-on experience in applying statistical concepts using Python like T-tests, Bayesian A/B-testing and Regression Analysis.
FINAL BLOCK
By this time you are ready to be introduced to the world of Machine Learning, both Supervised and Unsupervised. You will learn to train, test and evaluate different Machine Learning models that you build, using real world datasets.
By the end of the Bootcamp you will be comfortable building your own Machine Learning pipelines.

WHY NOD?
For most people, learning how to code can be an overwhelming experience. It is difficult to know where to start and how to use what tools. Consequently, it is easy to get side tracked and spend hours on learning stuff that is of little to no use.
At Nod, founded in the beginning of 2020 at Norrsken Foundation, we know where to start and how to continuously build on previous programming concepts. This to give you the most effective learning experience possible. You will only learn what is really important and if you get stuck, our instructors are always there to help you out. We know that the proper way to learn to code is to write tons of code, and that is exactly what you will do at Nod.
Join Nod Data Analytics Bootcamp, become an autonomous coder and land your dream job in tech.
